Screen Reader Navigation
This site has been optimized for use with the popular screenreaders WindowEyes and JAWS. The main navigation is constructed in an outline fashion with broad categories preceding more specific topics. Initially the specific topics are not displayed until a category is clicked on. The category links are all styled as "heading 2" so users who have hotkeys set up to quickly jump from heading to heading may find it easier to jump through the main navigation.
The site is equipped with links to skip directly to the main content area at the top of the page, prior to the main navigation, and prior to our page specific navigation. There is also a cue indicating when the main navigation begins and ends.
Visual Options
Using the options below, users may choose any combination of six background colors and six foreground colors. Both fields must be selected. In order to use this feature, users must have cookies enabled. The color preferences will remain in effect for one year or until the cookies are deleted by the user, or the restore defaults option is selected.
